Job Title: Taleo Specialist (Talent Management Systems) (US Citizens Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation configuration and ongoing support of Oracle Taleo Talent Management solutions including recruiting onboarding performance management learning and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand talent management needs and design solutions that optimize recruitment employee development and performance management processes.
- Configure and customize Taleo Recruiting Taleo Onboarding Taleo Performance and other Taleo modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Integrate Taleo with other enterprise systems (e.g. HRIS payroll ERP) to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Provide expertise on Taleo best practices ensuring that the system is leveraged to its full potential in supporting talent management initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Taleo platform ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards in Taleo to support HR analytics performance tracking and key talent insights.
- Design and implement workflows approval processes and automated notifications within Taleo to streamline HR operations.
- Conduct user training sessions develop training materials and create system documentation to facilitate user adoption and improve system utilization.
- Assist in system upgrades and patches ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Stay uptodate with Oracle Taleo product releases and new functionality recommending improvements and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in configuring and administering Oracle Taleo Talent Management modules including Recruiting Onboarding Performance and Learning.
- Strong understanding of talent management processes including recruiting onboarding employee development performance management and succession planning.
- Experience with Taleo integrations (HRIS ERP payroll systems) using tools like Web Services APIs or connectors.
- Expertise in configuring Taleo workflows user access reporting and dashboards.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify resolve and document technical issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with both HR professionals and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
