Job Description: Were looking for a creative and efficient video editor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for crafting engaging content quickly and efficiently as the goal is to produce 46 highquality videos daily focusing on speed without compromising storytelling. This position covers two key areas and offers a unique opportunity to work on bothcrafting impactful content for Deskspaces marketing campaigns and also building the CEOs personal brand.
Tasks
- Edit shortform videos for both Deskspaces marketing campaigns and the CEOs personal brand ensuring high engagement.
- Repurpose longform content into clips suitable for social media platforms like Instagram TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and CEO to understand content goals and deliver accordingly.
- Apply basic motion graphics captions and effects to enhance content appeal.
- Manage and organize content libraries for easy access and reuse.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing particularly shortform content for social media.
- Ability to balance speed and quality producing multiple videos daily without sacrificing key messaging.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be proficient in English. Knowledge of German (Deutsch) is a plus.
