Job Profile Video Editor
1. Research best practices to create content through animated and liveaction videos
2. Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience s training needs
3. Create a strategy ideate script and be involved in the endtoend creation of all videobased content
4. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention
5. Design and develop various forms of content such as Videos gamified elearning based on business needs
6. Create supporting material/media (audio video simulations role plays games quizzes etc)
Skills and Competencies:
1. Basic Knowledge in Gamified Content
2. Basic Knowledge in Content writing (writing effective copy instructional text audio scripts/video scripts) and storyboarding
3. Basic Knowledge in designing softwares (such as Photoshop PowerPoint vyond powtoon ispring camtasia adobe captivate)
