Job Description
Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll & OTL Consultant
Location: Houston TX./ Jersey CityNJ/ TampaFL (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with a strong background in Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional and technical expertise with handson experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules including HR Absence OTL and Payroll. This role requires a proactive individual who can work onsite collaborate with crossfunctional teams and deliver highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules specifically Payroll and OTL.
- Technical Exposure: Develop and maintain technical components such as integrations reports and data conversions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and recommend solutions.
- Configuration and Customization: Customize workflows reports and interfaces as required.
- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers. Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and customizations.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines deliverables and resources. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll and OTL.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL and other relevant programming languages. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
- Functional Skills: Strong understanding of HR Absence OTL and Payroll processes. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP).
