Job Description
Job Description: Market Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Boulder CO
Potential Convert to Perm: Yes
Potential Convert to Perm Salary: XX68000
Example of Rock Star Candidate: Strong mechanical background has EPA certification has worked in GMP environment able to meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping standing walking climbing stairs/ladders and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Location/Client Details: This is a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility so there are clean / sterile rooms where worker would have to wear proper EPE.
Shift/Work Hours: 1st shift 7am 3:30pm Monday Friday. If converted to perm there will be an oncall shift added.
Interview Process: Client will be involved in interview process. 2 part interview. Minimum one in person interview and one video interview.
Client Onboarding: May require additional onboarding for end client. Information TBD.
What You ll Do:
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical electrical plumbing and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections diagnose potential problems and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear concise manner.
Impact team through defined duties methods and tasks as described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You ll Need:
High School Diploma GED or trade school diploma with 35 years of jobrelated experience. In lieu of a diploma a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping standing walking climbing stairs/ladders and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Universal EPA license preferred
Manufacturing/GMP/Life Sciences experience preferred
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word Excel Outlook etc.
CMMS/BAS experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
