Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant/Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant/Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration implementation and support of the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The role will require collaboration with business users technical teams and other SAP modules to ensure financial processes are optimized and integrated seamlessly within the SAP ERP system.
Key Responsibilities: -
Implementation and Configuration:
- Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
- Set up and maintain master data such as company codes chart of accounts and cost centers.
- Design and configure financial reporting (General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting).
- Implement various controlling components like cost elements cost centers internal orders profitability analysis (COPA) and product costing.

System Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for SAP FICO users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to financial and controlling processes in SAP.
- Perform rootcause analysis and recommend solutions to optimize financial and controlling processes.

EndUser Training and Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for endusers on the use of SAP FICO modules.
- Prepare and maintain user manuals and system documentation for SAP FICO processes.
- Provide guidance on best practices and system usage to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Business Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and optimize financial and controlling processes.
- Develop custom reports and enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Ensure SAP FICO modules integrate effectively with other SAP modules (MM SD PP etc.) and nonSAP systems.

Project Management and Implementation:
- Participate in SAP FICO module implementation and rollout projects.
- Assist in project planning resource allocation and coordination.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to SAP.
- Collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP FICO solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay uptodate with new SAP FICO features updates and best practices.
- Recommend improvements to the SAP FICO system to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
- Assist in testing and deploying updates and patches for the SAP system.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial and controlling reports as per business requirements.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
- Experience with other SAP modules (e.g. MM SD) is a plus.
- Indepth understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Experience with SAP integration including data migration and interfacing with nonSAP systems.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with crossfunctional teams.
- Certification in SAP FICO or related fields is a plus.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of global financial regulations accounting standards (e.g. IFRS GAAP) and local tax requirements.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
