Job Description
- Develop and execute advocacy strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze public policy issues and trends.
- Build relationships with government officials community leaders and stakeholders.
- Draft policy briefs position papers and advocacy materials.
- Represent the organization at meetings hearings and public events.
- Coordinate grassroots advocacy efforts and mobilize supporters.
- Provide training and support to staff and volunteers on advocacy issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in public policy political science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in advocacy or policy work.
- Strong understanding of public policy processes and advocacy techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in advocacy software and tools.
