Senior React Engineer Product Development & Innovation

About the Role We are looking for a Senior React Expert with extensive experience in building largescale highperformance React applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who can architect and develop scalable web applications while driving product innovation and mentoring the development team. This role requires a strong background in modern frontend technologies including React and the ability to work seamlessly in crossfunctional teams.
- Lead endtoend architecture and design of scalable highperformance React.js applications.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to innovate and enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product UI/UX backend) to deliver seamless usercentric solutions.
- Ensure high code quality through best practices code reviews and mentorship.
- Architect and implement reusable components libraries and frameworks.
- Optimize frontend applications for performance and scalability.
- Define and manage the technical roadmap aligning with business goals.
- Establish and enforce coding standards testing practices and development workflows.
- Continuously monitor and improve the development process to maintain highquality output.
- Provide strategic input in product roadmap discussions influencing technical direction.
Requirements
- 8 years of frontend development experience with 5 years focused on React.js and modern JavaScript technologies.
- Proven experience designing and building scalable maintainable web applications.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript React Redux and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Extensive experience in API integration (REST GraphQL) and state management.
- Expertise in frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Git and version control practices.
- Familiarity with cloudbased deployments (AWS Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with testdriven development (TDD) and quality assurance frameworks.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities with an ability to think strategically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with serverside rendering (Next.js or similar).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and microfrontends.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Educational Qualifications
