The Content Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the overall content processes to support multiple external and internal communications programs to build corporate identity by supporting traditional media channels and a variety of content types.
Content Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals, brand identity, and audience needs.
Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize content performance across various platforms.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for content and ensure strategies are continuously optimized to meet targets.
Content Creation and Curation:
Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across a variety of mediums, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.
Curate content from internal and external sources to supplement original content and enhance the company's content library.
Work with writers, designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce content that resonates with the target audience.
Team Management and Collaboration:
Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, designers, and other content specialists.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure content aligns with marketing, sales, and SEO teams, and that it is consistent across all channels.
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to content team members to enhance their performance and ensure quality content creation.
Content Calendar Management:
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content across all platforms.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely publication of content that aligns with product launches, events, or other company activities.
Ensure content is delivered on schedule, meets deadlines, and is published without delays.
SEO and Content Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, ensuring that it ranks highly for relevant keywords and attracts organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content creation and ensure it aligns with SEO goals.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion) and make necessary adjustments to optimize for higher performance.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or Marketing.
8 -10 years of experience in media field or social media channels.
Strong client liaison skills and ability to build long-term productive client relationships.
Fluent in English Language (verbal & written communication)
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for collaborating on visual content.
Experience with email marketing software and automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
