Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels including cold calling networking events and industry research.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Understand clients needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and products/services.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Regularly update sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Stay informed about the companys products/services industry trends and market developments.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize deals and agreements.
  • Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus
  • Problemsolving mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
