Job Description

We are looking for our next colleague within Key Account Management. The Key Account Manager at Milestone plays a pivotal role within our organization with a primary focus on building and nurturing relationships with key end customers. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from identifying and progressing opportunities to maintaining and growing our portfolio of large active end customer accounts. The Key Account Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery expanding our service offerings and driving revenue growth. The role is characterized by a blend of Hunting to build the portfolio and Farming to strengthen existing relationships.

Your main responsibility will be:

  • Approach end customers directly to identify and advance opportunities
  • Responsible for identifying new opportunities nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Create and communicate differentiating capabilities and value propositions for Milestone services and products
  • Facilitate final negotiations and transition deals back to the channel
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of large active end customer accounts
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships ensuring satisfaction and trust
  • Strategically balance and expand the portfolio as required
  • Embrace a proactive Hunting approach when building the client portfolio
  • Implement a Farming approach to strengthen and grow existing client relationships
  • Help preferred End User partners to diagnose business issues (identify needs pains causes and cost of doing business today timeframe budget)
  • Strengthen client trust understand their evolving needs and deliver exceptional service to drive revenue
  • Build preliminary proposals incl. pricing and quote
  • Support in presenting and reviewing the final solution
  • Ensure successful project execution meeting timelines scope and budget while maintaining clear client communication.
  • Continuously assess and diagnose client needs pains budget and existing vision to tailor solutions effectively.

What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 10 years of sales experience
  • Industry Experience
  • Sales experience of technical solutions
  • Experience selling to large enterprise customers
  • Fluent in Arabic and English both written and verbal
