Are you passionate about coaching and fostering professional growth We are collaborating with a leading B2B solution provider to recruit a Trainer for their gaming studios in Bogot Colombia. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop talent and elevate training standards in the iGaming industry.

What Youll Do:
- Develop Training Materials: Create and update comprehensive resources to ensure Game Presenters and Shufflers are wellversed in games and procedures.
- Enhance Training Quality: Design performance plans and set KPIs to drive excellence.
- Empower Staff: Provide coaching on table game procedures inspiring high performance and growth.
- Offer Constructive Feedback: Motivate trainees through clear and actionable insights.
- Lead Training Programs: Manage onboarding and ongoing training sessions tailoring approaches to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Shift Managers to address teamspecific training requirements.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Attitude: Positive mindset with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Coaching Ability: Skilled in motivating and developing others.
- Experience: Prior experience in iGaming or casino environments is a plus especially in designing and delivering training programs for casino dealers or similar roles.
- Certifications: Relevant qualifications in casino operations or instructional design are advantageous.
