Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Trainer to develop and deliver engaging training programs for Game Presenters and Shufflers. This role focuses on enhancing team performance fostering professional growth and ensuring excellence in table game procedures.Key Responsibilities
- Design update and manage training materials to ensure a thorough understanding of games and operational procedures.
- Develop performance plans and establish KPIs to drive training effectiveness.
- Provide handson training for table game procedures motivating staff to achieve high performance.
- Deliver constructive feedback to inspire continuous improvement.
- Lead training initiatives for both new hires and current team members addressing individual and team needs in collaboration with Shift Managers.
- Partner with Shift Managers to identify and implement targeted training solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills in teamdriven environments.
- Attitude: Positive eager to learn and driven to grow professionally.
- Coaching: Passionate about mentoring with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Experience:
- Background in iGaming or casino operations is advantageous.
- Previous experience creating and delivering training programs for casino dealers or related roles is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant qualifications in casino operations or instructional design are beneficial.
