Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager specializing in Sales and Relationship Management. As a pivotal member of our organization you will play a key role in driving revenue growth fostering client relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of our platform in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
  • Stay up to date with market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to provide informed insights to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining clients.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and share insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency industry and educate clients on relevant topics.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance the organizations visibility.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Account Manager/Sales.
  • Bachelors degree in Business finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology cryptocurrencies and trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to cryptocurrencies.
