We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager specializing in Sales and Relationship Management. - Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
- Stay up to date with market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to provide informed insights to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and share insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency industry and educate clients on relevant topics.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance the organizations visibility.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Account Manager/Sales.
- Bachelors degree in Business finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and account management preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology cryptocurrencies and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
