This is a role for a Payroll Executive located in Mexico City near of angel de la independencia. The payroll executive will be responsible for administrate HR payroll functions benefits administration IMSS and REPSE manage.
Responsibilities
- Handling of payrollrelated activities and reports (payroll calculation IDSE SUA)
- Administration of benefits for the employees (food vouchers save founds etc)
- IMSS law as well as registers cancellations and modifications and INFONAVIT law knowledge
- Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
- Experience in ICSOE and SISUB control and send.
- Crossfunctional work with other departments
- Dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors in Finance/Accounting or Administration related (Title and professional license requered)
- Minimum 3 ideal 5 years of working experience as Payroll Accountant Analyst (or higher)/ Senior Payroll Specialist
- English request B2
- Excellent MS office skills especially Excel
- Working experience with ERP systems
