Your Mission:

You will play a critical role in supporting our inhouse IT Operations team and ensuring our operations run smoothly including:

  • you and your colleagues are the point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support inquiries coming from all of eGroup
  • you supervise and monitor our semiautomated On & Offboarding of all users and manage the companywide authorisation concept
  • you manage all client devices (laptops smart phones) with Microsoft Endpoint Managers
  • you take care of administrating the officeIT including switches printers WiFi and conference systems at all european venues
  • you monitor the stock and inventory as well as hardware orders
  • you support the implementation of ITprojects
  • you help us improve our support processes train our employees and expand our Knowledge Base

Requirements

Your Profile:

Were looking for someone who brings expertise enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset:

  • 3 years of experience in ITsupport and handling of (Azure) Active Directory as well as Windows Linux and MacOS
  • Good communication and interpersonal
  • strong analytical skills as well as a wellstructured approach regarding new topics
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and managing support tickets
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is required; an additional language (such as german french spanish or italian) is a plus
