Job Description
1. Responsible for case management case mix updates profitability analysis and formulating steps to maintain the sustainability and profitability of the guarantee services provided by the Government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with government regulations and applicable accreditation requirements.
2. Establish monitor and evaluate operational procedures for case mix in accordance with the guarantee provisions organized by the Government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia ensuring the sustainability of claim realization is maintained.
3. Ensure that all services provided comply with the principles of quality control and cost control.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum education: Bachelors degree in general medical profession
2. At least 2 years of experience in hospital case mix. Experience in handling case mix for Insurance or BPJS.
3. Enjoys administrative work and is detailoriented
4. Able to work under pressure
5. Has good coordination and communication skills.
6. Strong Ms. Excel Skill
