Position Summary: The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse ensuring efficient storage and distribution of products. This role involves managing warehouse staff maintaining safety protocols and optimizing inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff.
- Schedule work assignments and ensure completion of tasks.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
2. Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Implement effective inventory management practices.
- Perform regular inventory audits.
3. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain safety protocols and training programs.
- Investigate accidents and implement corrective measures.
4. Operational Efficiency:
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain efficient shipping and receiving practices.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Experience with warehouse management software and inventory systems.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
