Responsible for ensuring environmental management and compliance with regulations related to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) and Facilities and Safety Management (MFK) guidelines.
Ensure that K3 management in the hospital is carried out in accordance with SMK3 guidelines and create documentation
Create and ensure that the K3 program is managed in accordance with hospital guidelines and applicable government regulations
Create and ensure B3 management work programs in managed hospital units comply with hospital guidelines and applicable government regulations
Create and ensure a managed hospital disaster awareness work program in accordance with hospital guidelines and applicable government regulations
Create and ensure fire safety work programs in managed hospitals in accordance with hospital guidelines and applicable government regulations
Make work program evaluation reports for 3 (three) monthly and annual periods
Ensure training related to K3 and disaster simulations is carried out in accordance with SMK3 guidelines
Ensure the management of employee occupational health in managed hospital units in accordance with hospital guidelines and applicable government regulations
Promoting K3 and safety communication (safety meetings K3 signs) to employees outsourcers and tenants
Carry out inspections of hospital areas related to occupational safety and health management
Create incident reports and analyze work accident statistical data
Ensure that the organizational structure of the K3 Committee is formed and functions according to its function
Conduct risk assessment HIRAC SPO and JSA reviews
Submit a budget related to K3 management in the hospital
Ensure that tenants in the hospital area follow all hospital guidelines and applicable government regulations
Carry out collaboration with related parties related to K3 management in hospitals
Carrying out checks on work equipment employees employee health and the work environment
Review work safety and safety training
Understand and implement Law No.1 of 1970 and regulations related to K3
Able to carry out K3 inspections carry out inspection programs and report K3 inspections
Update and discuss with the K3 Head Office Team regarding K3 management in hospital units
Filling in and monitoring contact tracing data as well as following up on all staff who fall within the close contact criteria as well as coordinating with the Head Office and specialist doctors regarding the contact tracing data.
Make data and analysis reports regarding staff infected with infectious diseases and coordinate with division heads and department heads to help prevent transmission of these diseases.
Controlling the dangers and risks of work accidents including: Understanding K3 policies as a whole Able to control K3 impacts and risks Able to fill out work incident/accident forms.
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety
Qualifications :
S1 from Occupational Health and Safety
Have minimum one year in the field of Occupational
Ability to assess risks and analyze data to develop effective safety strategies.
Meticulous attention to detail in inspections reporting and documentation.
Capability to investigate incidents and develop practical solutions to safety issues.
