Job Description
As a Eastern Region Operation Manager you will manage and coordinate aspects of the delivery of care to patients. The position is responsible for implementing and maintaining effective communication on site to recipients family members and facility staff whilst promoting Primary Health Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective communication frameworks
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
- Deliver exceptional service to staff clients facilities and residents
- Cultivate professional relationships with client and facility management
- Attend onsite meetings and collaborate with HCA management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Leadership & Management or a related field
Mandatory Criteria:
- Proven track record in senior executive and project management roles
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
- Minimum five years of clinical experience in aged care including work with dementia patients
- Recognised tertiary qualification (Physiotherapist Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse)
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Experience with relevant tools
- Working With Vulnerable People registration
- Recent Police Check
- Evidence of current influenza vaccination
- Completion of required training courses prior to assessments
