Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content the Communications Manager will drive clientfocused communication strategies that elevate HCAs brand and support business growth.
This role focuses on crafting engaging content for digital channels including email campaigns website copy and paid media ads while also supporting occasional internal messaging initiatives. The Communications Manager ensures consistent impactful communication across all HCA brands.
Ideal candidates are skilled communicators with expertise in content creation and digital engagement strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in communications or content marketing focusing on digital and clientfacing content.
- Proven success in creating digital communication strategies that enhance engagement and brand positioning.
- Strong writing and editing skills especially for email marketing web content and ad copy.
- Proficient in email marketing best practices and digital tools including CMS and analytics platforms.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to evaluate impact and optimize strategies.
