Job Description

The Content Manager will craft and execute HCAs content strategy driving brand awareness client engagement and growth.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content this role manages content creation across digital and nondigital channels while supporting the organisations design needs by producing visually engaging materials.

Ideal candidates are creative strategic professionals with expertise in digital content and design.

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with HCAs brand vision and 1HCA goals.
  • Create and curate engaging content for websites blogs social media and video platforms supporting business objectives and client needs.
  • Design onbrand visuals for digital and print platforms including social media graphics infographics and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Manage the content calendar ensuring timely delivery of campaigns product launches and seasonal activities.
  • Oversee HCAs digital platforms optimizing content for SEO and engagement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment across marketing sales and client services.
  • Partner with the Communications Manager to support email marketing PR and clientfacing materials.
  • Work with external agencies and freelancers for specialized content production including video and animation.
  • Monitor content performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all content aligns with HCAs brand voice messaging and quality standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Design Journalism or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in content creation digital marketing or a similar role with a strong portfolio in both content strategy and design.
  • Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Canva or equivalent design software.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing content calendars and coordinating crosschannel campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics and insights to guide content strategy and optimize performance.
