Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Georgia US Time with 1hour unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system and engage them effectively in both English and Vietnamese.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives ensuring that prospects meet the companys criteria.
- Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone assessing their interest and potential fit for the company s offerings.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in the CRM system ensuring all notes and information are logged correctly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs.
- Handle objections professionally and provide clear concise information to prospects about products or services.
- Stay updated on the companys offerings market trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Requirements
Fluency in Vietnamese and English with strong verbal communication skills to articulate ideas clearly over the phone.
Previous experience in a similar role telemarketing or salesrelated positions is highly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to efficiently use it to track and manage leads.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A noisecanceling headset with a microphone for professional and clear communication.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Resilience persistence and a proactive attitude when facing challenges or objections.
