We are growing rapidly and are looking to expand our ANZ team with an experienced Account Manager to contribute to our accelerated growth. We offer a flexible hybrid working format with the Australian business based in Sydney CBD.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highenergy clientfacing Account Manager who loves servicing customers. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Sales ANZ and be responsible for growing existing accounts by collaborating educating the market on our product capabilities and leading the daytoday relationship.
Our clients consist of agencies (indies and holding groups) brands direct media owners and vendors. You will evangelise Lifesight solutions in the market meet frequently with partners to understand their needs identify crosssell opportunities and service the accounts. This is not an implementation Account Management role.
The successful candidate will be active in the market fostering growth by building a strong network and relationship with accounts. We are offering a competitive salary commission package for the right candidate. Media agency / Media sales experience is strongly preferred. An existing Network is strongly preferred. Digital / Programmatic experience is not mandatory.
What You ll Do
Develop meaningful relationships with existing partners by being a subject matter expert and educating them on the product presenting reporting and managing daytoday comms.
Applicants should be a people person who wants to be in the market as the role will require you to meet with partners for meetings and social engagements.
Analytical skills are not required however you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and communication of reporting.
You will work with crossfunctional team members including product marketing engineering and sales.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align our solutions to meet their needs. Develop customized growth plans for each account setting clear objectives and KPIs.
Your main responsibilities will include regular checkin calls/meetings with clients (agencies brands partners) to assist in strategically planning client goals with Lifesight products/solutions analyze account performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to enhance client success implement initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction/loyalty/retention & develop and execute strategies for upselling and crossselling additional Lifesight products/solutions to existing clients
Act as a client advocate within the company ensuring that client feedback is considered & aligned with product development and improvement.
Confidence presenting is essential to conducting intro sessions presenting insights & reports and training sessions with key accounts.
You are perfect for the role if you have
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in clientfacing account management at a media agency publisher or ad tech business.
You are passionate about working in the media industry and have pride in your work.
You are a social professional who wants to be in the market meeting clients.
Experience with programmatic and/or social media ad platforms.
Experience in developing a procedural framework or workflow.
An interest in data & analytics products and solutions
Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and associated tasks simultaneously
Powerpoint skills can make a deck when required and present it confidently.
Comfortable organising and leading external meetings (reporting calls WIPs etc)
Cultural awareness and an appreciation of diversity
Sydney or Melbourne preferred
