Job Description

At STRI we are hiring a Sales Manager South India for a Personal Care Manufacturing Company Headquartered in Hyderabad. Our clients are manufacturers of natural and sustainable body hair and oral care products

This role will be based in Bengaluru requiring sales management across 4 states.

About the role:

The Sales Manager South India is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire sales vertical for Southern region. This role involves crafting and executing a strategic sales strategy for both offline and online channels. Additionally the Sales Manager plays a crucial role in recruiting and managing sales teams.

This position is central to driving revenue growth expanding market reach and shaping the companys competitive edge.

Job Description/ KRAs .
Lead and Manage B2B Sales Vertical: Set clear objectives and targets for the B2B sales team.


Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and execute strategic sales plans with a strong focus on HORECA and institutional sales.

Team Guidance and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to B2B sales teams to drive performance.
Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction and identify new market opportunities within the HORECA and institutional sectors.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align B2B sales with overall company goals.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends for datadriven decision making.
Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients and partners in the HORECA and institutional sectors.
Compliance and Trends: Ensure compliance with sales regulations and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 47 years experience in the organic products/cosmetics or FMCG industry (beauty care products) with a strong focus on B2B sales in the HORECA sector in South India (any region)
  • Monthly 1 2 times Travel to Hyderabad (Headquarters) to report to Management
  • Pan India or regional specialization experience would be an added advantage.
  • Deep and indepth knowledge of the market construct and dynamics is essential.
  • Age: About 30 years old with a passion for sustainability and an ecoconscious approach.
  • Skills: Proven sales leadership experience in the beauty or related industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in the local language will be an advantage.

Post Graduate or equivalent qualification. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role. Strong leadership and customer management abilities. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
