Job Description
- Manage the team and responsible for Buildings operation system maintenance upon business need
- Lead the team to generate maintenance master plan per system and responsible to track and ensure system PM was conducted timely
- Lead the team to conduct detailed troubleshooting on system breakdown and generate 8D report on root cause analysis and prevention
- Develop cost saving projects and establish continuous improvement program to upkeep systems performance upon the demand
- Responsible and deliver any site requested project / expansion need
- Conduct Audit generate KPI report and responsible for OPEX spending and forecast
- Execute special project/assignment tasked by Site Facilities Director
Qualifications :
Educational Required : B.Eng. / B.Sc. or higher in electrical mechanical chemical industrial Technology or equivalent.
Skill : Working knowledge of Facilities system Planning Finance system functioning and Management skill.
Experiences Required : Minimum 8 years experiences in high technology manufacturing Facilities and preferable in Facilities Management Field.
Other Requirement: Knowledge of ISOand 22301. Knowledge of Cleanroom environment and contamination control Operating maintenance and installation experiences in similar Manufacturing Facilities Industry
