Chapter Lead Architect

As a Chapter Lead Architect (m/f) you will lead and manage a team of architects responsible for middleware squads delivering advanced IT services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead inspire and mentor a team of architects fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment between architecture solutions and the organizations goals
• Oversee the design and development of middleware solutions to ensure they meet functional technical and security requirements
• Define and enforce architectural standards best practices and governance frameworks for middleware technologies
• Work closely with middleware squads to ensure that architectural designs are properly implemented and maintained
• Collaborate with other chapter leads product owners and squad members to align architecture objectives with overall project goals
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication between middleware architects and other technical teams.
• Drive initiatives to optimize middleware architecture for performance scalability and costeffectiveness
• Identify and implement emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance middleware services and capabilities
• Conduct regular architecture reviews to identify gaps risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for middleware architecturerelated queries and decisions
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on architecture strategies progress and challenges
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure middleware solutions align with consumer needs and expectations

Your profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
• Extensive experience (min 7 years) in IT architecture with a focus on middleware solutions
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage mentor and develop technical teams
• Strong expertise in middleware technologies such as WebLogic API Gateway and containerization platforms (e.g. Kubernetes Docker)
• Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies and their application in architecture design and development
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in a public administration or similarly complex environment is desirable
