Job Description
Our Engineering team is working on some of the busiest websites in the world and we are on a journey from being output to outcome based. This is not an easy process and we are looking to bring experienced Engineering Leads on board to help us on this journey.
We think we could be a good match if:
- You are interested in building high performing and high trust teams.
- You have experience in working with both legacy and new systems.
- You have been hands on for quite a while in your career so you can influence technical decisions.
- You are good in talking to not just Engineers but members of other functions as well.
- You managed at least 510 people for a longer period not just as a tech lead but as a fullyfledged people manager.
- You understand boundaries and you can make the best lemonade if life only gives you lemons.
- You dont like leaving broken windows behind.
Qualifications :
- Extensive knowledge and experience in PHP not just in frameworks but in vanilla PHP as well so you can guide technical conversations.
- OR Extensive knowledge in Vanilla JS and/or React as our frontend stack has to perform really well too.
- Experience with highavailability highperformance and scalable systems so you can help us build systems that really scale.
- Extensive experience in Application architecture design.
- Experience in testing what you build (TDD ATTD BDD).
- Extensive experience with databases (both relational and non relational).
- Extensive knowledge of Domain Driven Design.
