Job Description
As a trainee broker you will start your career with a senior broker as your mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you learn on the job. During this time you will go out on flight reps seeing firsthand what goes into ensuring a charter goes off with ease. Youll learn everything from how to build a sales list to which planes can carry what and of course how to administer a charter flight.
Qualifications :
THE PERSON
- Ability to exceed sales financial targets
- Minimum 12 years active sales experience
- Hardworking and flexible this role is not simply 95
- Ambition drive and selfmotivation
- Exceptional communication skills fluency in a second language is an advantage
- Ideally experience in Helicopter chartering or sales
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
