The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsdriven Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region to lead our regional sales efforts.

This is an executive leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS with experience in both startups and large corporations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience collaborating with key partners such as Salesforce and Accenture as well as strong relationships within our target verticals: Telecommunications Home Security and Consumer Electronics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the regional leader setting the strategic direction for sales in Europe and leading the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Partnership Development: Leverage existing relationships and build new partnerships with key partners like Salesforce and Accenture to drive sales through these channels.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Customer Experience (CX) Field Service Management (FSM) and Contact Center markets with a focus on Telco and Consumer Electronics.

  • Enterprise Sales: Lead a team of salespersons and CSMs as well as engage directly with enterprise customers particularly in the Telco industry focusing on their call centers and selfservice departments.

  • CLevel Engagement: Engage with Clevel executives demonstrating maturity sophistication and performing valuebased sales of our solutions.

  • Team Building: Recruit mentor and develop a highperforming sales team to support the companys growth objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer success to align sales strategies with company goals.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10 to 15 years of significant and successful experience in Enterprise SaaS including in both startups and large corporations.

  • Partnerships: Relevant expereance of working with partners like Salesforce and Accenture

  • HandsOn Approach: Willingness to be actively involved in sales processes and lead by example.

  • Industry Contacts: Strong validated contacts within the target verticals and geographyTelecommunications Home Security and Consumer Electronics.

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) Customer Service (CS) and Field Service Management (FSM) markets with CX as the top priority.

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise customers via partners especially within the Telco industry.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership capabilities with experience leading regional teams and driving significant growth.

  • CLevel Interaction: Ability to confidently engage and communicate with Clevel executives.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Location: Based in London with the ability to travel as required.
