To execute sales strategies to enhance the performance of the FI Sales unit in line with the Banks missions and objectives to promote revenue growth and grow the business by executing the following responsilibities :
Key Responsibilities;
- Execute sales strategy initiate contact with existing and potential investors identify their needs and sell appropriate Fixed Income instruments to meet those needs
- Review and analyse the market to anticipate investors requirements and develop competitive solutions and services to meet those requirements.
- Ensure constant communication with the market and provide competitive and prompt execution of all transactions.
- Comply with all internal and external rules and regulations in the marketing of securities to investors.
- Exercise and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in dealing with business partners and clients and strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the department and Company as well as build better relationship with business partners and clients.
- Staying abreast of industry trends new products and developments guidelines policies rules and regulations.
- Work closely with other RHB Bank Group staff to identify and refer crosssell opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree with FMRP license and other CMFAs licensing
- At least 35 years of experience in Treasury Sales with emphasis on Fixed Income products in a reputable Financial Institution
- Strong understanding of treasury products and Financial Markets.
- Practical experience in Institutional Fixed Income & Treasury products sales
- Strong communications and presentation skills.
- Strong marketing approach especially to Institutional customers ability to identify customer business growth and customer acquisition opportunities.
