Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Senior Sales Coordinator (6Months Contract):
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team ensuring seamless operations.
- Process customer orders and invoices and coordinate shipment schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email or other communication channels.
- Coordinate import and export shipment matters with the logistics team.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports for review by the sales manager.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals for clients.
- Manage and organize incoming inquiries ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Support the sales team by maintaining schedules managing documents and sharing relevant information.
- Address customer complaints and provide aftersales support when needed.
- Organize store and analyze financial and nonfinancial data presenting reports as required.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members when necessary.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirements:
- Posses at least Alevels College or Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision is advantageous.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales particularly in a corporate environment are preferred.
- Able to work for 6 months of maternity cover
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3500
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:15 AM 5:45 PM
