OVERVIEW:
Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. Since 2001 we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports media and betting industries; providing sports federations news media consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business.
THE CHALLENGE
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by creating and managing sales opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation and followup of sales contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Coordinate with other departments such as products finance compliance and technical support to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support to the sales team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and multitask.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
