Key Responsibilities:
Process & Product Documentation (40%)
Collaborate with Product Managers Customer Success and Support teams to develop and maintain internal and external documentation.
Organize and centralize information in our internal Wiki and Help Center ensuring clear and regular updates to end users.
Identify and address gaps in documentation ensuring all content is consistent polished and uptodate.
Training Program Development (40%)
Create and execute engaging training programs for internal teams customers and partners.
Develop materials like elearning courses workshops and certifications in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Track and improve training adoption and effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.
Project Management & Product Education (20%)
Manage product releases and feature rollouts coordinating crossteam efforts to meet deadlines.
Develop clear communication plans to keep internal teams and end users informed about updates.
Continuously refine project workflows and collaboration processes.
Qualifications :

An exceptional communicator who excels at writing teaching and simplifying complex concepts.
Detailoriented and driven to ensure all documentation is polished and consistent.
