Your Team
The Account Management Services team consist of multiple highly qualified Banking Specialists providing topnotch business processes as a service. We support our customers in operational Banking Transaction matters. With Avaloqs stateoftheart banking software and smart reliable processes we aim to provide innovative value add services in a constantly changing banking environment.
Key tasks
- Providing various German Banking Operations services in the area account management
- Successful implementation of services for Client Opening Client Maintenance and Client Closing.
- Supporting the team improving the functionalities of Avaloqs core banking platform and the related operational processes to increase efficiency and decrease operational risks
- Supporting the team in projects and testing of new functionalities or regular releases
Qualifications :
- Working experience in Banking Operations e.g. Account Management Services
- Team spirited with a commitment to a high level of quality awareness
- Good command in English fluency in German
- Solid analytical and problemsolving skills
It would be a real bonus if you have
Apprenticeship in banking or equivalent education or university degree in business administration economics or law
