Job Description
Become a part of our Client Setup team at Sportradar and play a crucial role in ensuring clients have seamless access to our products. Youll work closely with both internal teams and clients providing expert guidance throughout the entire customer journey.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Develop deep expertise in Sportradars products and services.
- Manage the initial setup and configuration of Sportradar services.
- Resolve client issues and provide support through ticketing systems.
- Monitor daily tasks and tickets across multiple platforms (e.g. Freshdesk Jira Slack).
- Collaborate actively with internal teams to deliver the best client experience.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
- Act as a key point of contact for other Sportradar stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of working with highprofile clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to acquire new technical skills software products and technologies.
- Capability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
