Vuori is building our Retail Operations team in London UK. We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join our collaborative team who will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our physical retail stores as we drive deeper into the UK and EU market in the coming years. Reporting to the Area Manager UK Retail this role will work crossfunctionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. This role is fast paced results driven and an amazing opportunity to koin one of the fastest growing apparel brands out there.

What youll get to do:
- Proactively identify areas in store for optimization and improvement and building standard operating procedures that can be scaled fleetwide build business cases for these improvements manage execution of pilots and proof of concept and support UK and Europe store rollouts.
- Build out an effective playbook for new store opening process across processes ordering lists and BOH optimization
- Help ensure were operationally equipped to deliver a consistent and frictionless customer experience
- Help lead and develop a communications strategy that streamlines all corporate communication to stores. Ensure clear concise and timely communication cadence to stores by building crossfunctional relationships between corporate and retail functions gaining feedback and reviewing practices on an ongoing basis
- Develop and maintain a workload calendar that is accessible for all retail corporate partners to ensure store tasks are manageable for the field teams.
- Assess store needs for supplies building out forecasts for such expenses on an annual basis
- Support delivery of training both virtually and instore as initiatives roll out
Who you are:
- Previous experience as a successful store manager.
- 3 years experience in corporate retail operations or store leadership.
- Holds a Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Obsessed with designing and implementing scalable processes to optimize store labor and operational efficiency with a data driven mindset!
- Ability to work with autonomy in a fastpaced and dynamic environment and able to deal with ambiguity and overcome obstacles that may arise during projects.
- High attention to detail; ability to juggle many priorities and manage execution.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to drive continual improvement with proven ability to think strategically and determine the impact of decisions on store business.
