The RoleWe are looking for a motivated enthusiastic professional with a background in dental healthcare (likely a dentist) who is seeking a new challenge or career progression. As part of our Clinical Support Team you’ll ensure our network of dentists has everything they need to deliver exceptional treatments. We need a proactive problemsolver with a dental background who can bring energy and expertise to our growing company.
What you'll doDeliver an amazing case experience to dentists that work with 32Co identify areas for improvement and opportunities to scale the dentist success functionBe involved in the dental clinical customer support that means fielding questions and finding solutionsWork with orthodontic specialists in the development of case vignettes and the the clinical content engineCoordinate with treatment planning software designers and orthodontists to help facilitate and expedite each caseWork closely with your counterparts across the business to deliver the best experience to our customers and performance to the business
What you'll need3 years of experience in healthcare (preferably in dental healthcare).Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians and stakeholders.A passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.Willingness to thrive in the fastpaced dynamic environment of a startup.A proactive problemsolving mindset with resilience and adaptability.UKbased with the ability to commute to our London office.
