Job Description
We are looking for Analysts to join our Cybersecurity business circle which is one part of the larger Cybersecurity Global Practice an independent and an inhouse team of 700 people working seamlessly across the globe (between the US London and Paris). We have developed a 360 expertise from strategies operating models Executivelevel supports to Incident Response Red teaming security architecture with a focus on major transformation programs and more.
At the crossroads of management and digital consulting you will assist large organizations including FTSE 100 Fortune 500 and CAC40 clients in their most critical transformations. Our key objectives are to align cybersecurity strategies with client priorities and organizational goals; support top management in achieving their security targets through pragmatic solutions; and foster a culture of security awareness and proactive risk management across the organization. You will be responsible for delivering pragmatic and agile cybersecurity strategies that align client priorities and support top management in achieving their security target on 3 different types of engagements:
- Innovate for Clients Partners and Employees
- Develop and implement strategies for:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- IT and OT Cybersecurity Convergence
- Technology & Asset Management
- ThirdParty Risk Management
- Facilitate innovation that enhances security posture and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for:
- Protect Clients
- Define security principles and architecture.
- Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments.
- Integrate security measures into projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead incident response efforts and manage crisis situations to enhance resilience.
- Ensure Operational Excellence
- Converge cybersecurity with operational resilience.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Manage risk effectively while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee program development and management for ongoing cybersecurity efforts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engagements managed by more experienced consultants from whom you will learn the basics of consulting core competencies.
- Work with teams on projects for the business lines functional teams and technology departments of our clients from strategy definition to implementation
- Bring strong learning abilities and be proactive to better develop consulting skills and become more autonomous.
- Perform accurate assessments and analysis of client activities manage daytoday client relationships at peer client levels and assist clients in the effective use of management systems tools techniques group problemsolving and team building.
- Structure write and deliver quality work documents with oversight from others ensure all information related to the assignments is circulated correctly and alert colleagues/superiors of any difficulties.
- Collaborate/Coordinate across the different Wavestone teams to participate in local and global firm development.
- Continue to upskill and stay current with the market through our apprenticeship style coaching and our learning and development programs
- Contribute to the firms development activities such as business development (i.e. proposals market offers white papers etc.) and/or team development activities (i.e. recruitment training social events office culture etc.)

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business management engineering economics or other analytical major
- Strong interest in Management Consulting and digital technologies
- Analytical mindset with a developing business acumen
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving growth
- Exceptional teamwork skills with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleague
- Ability to complete structured problem solving with senior management support
- Ability to learn quickly and work through critical business and/or technology challenges
- Customer centric mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

Travel and Location
This fulltime position is based in our New York office. You must reside or be willing to relocate within commutable distance to the office.
