Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist (MLA Coverage) Competitive Hourly Compensation

Start Date: January 2025

Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Setting: SelfContained Classroom

This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Therapist who enjoys shortterm assignments. It s ideal for someone who values flexibility and is looking to gain experience while keeping options open for future opportunities. Whether you have other commitments or prefer working in shorter stints this role offers the perfect balance. In this role you will be required to formulate Individual Education Plans for each student on their caseload and maintain report cards. The Speech Therapist will also be required to attend IEP meetings to collaborate with parents and other members of staff.

Requirements

Illinois PEL with SLP endorsement.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
At least a Master s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
Valid Illinois state license as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist.
