Job Description
Support the operations teams to deliver on their service delivery process KPIs Manage high impact high visibility cross function infrastructure changes Ensure right and balanced segregation of duties for the implementation of infrastructure changes Optimize operational resource participation in the change management process and review boards Provide and conduct training to constantly increase process awareness and knowledge of operations support teams Ensure planned and emergency infrastructure changes are coordinated and communicated to affected customers Chair Change Advisory Boards or Operational Change Review meetings to assess evaluate and approve changes that are valid and process compliant
