We are seeking a UX Tool Administrator to join the Global UX Operations practice for a large enterprise client. In this role you will manage UX and UX research tools provide realtime tool support provision licenses and deliver insights through quarterly usage reports. Youll collaborate across teams to ensure designers researchers and content creators have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer UX and UX research tools including license provisioning and issue resolution.
- Develop and share quarterly tool and vendor usage reports with leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT to address tool updates training and support needs.
- Build relationships across business units to support funding usage and tool adoption.
- Maintain documentation templates and resources to ensure effective tool usage.
- Manage multiple projects anticipate risks and prioritize work effectively.
- Apply change management best practices for successful adoption of new tools.
- Advocate for and contribute to a culture of diversity inclusion and belonging.
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience managing design and research tools.
- Proven ability to lead large crossfunctional projects and build relationships across teams.
- Excellent organizational project management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
- Adaptable and flexible approach with comfort in fastpaced ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated curiosity humility and empathy in work and collaboration.
