Job Description
We are looking for both Senior and MidLevel UX Designers to join a dynamic team focused on modernizing and improving the messaging experience for job seekers and employers. This is a handson role that emphasizes execution and problemsolving with opportunities to work closely with product teams engineers and researchers throughout the design process.
Team Context:
You will collaborate with a team of 5 designers researchers and a content designer working on features such as enabling job seekers to send SMS to employers and enhancing the overall messaging experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to design solutions.
Engage in problemsolving going beyond UI execution to address user challenges.
Execute endtoend product design from identifying problems to delivering effective solutions.
Participate in usability testing and collaborate with researchers to identify testing needs.
Ensure designs meet legal and accessibility requirements for messaging solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
Qualifications :
Core Skills:
Product Design Experience:
Handson experience working with product teams (not limited to agency or freelance work).
Ability to engage with engineers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in Figma.
Comfortable using Google Suite for collaboration.
Usability Testing & Research:
Knowledge of usability testing including test setup and result analysis.
Soft Skills:
Strong team player adaptable and collaborative.
Willingness to contribute to various areas as needed.
Bonus Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with legal requirements for messaging and accessibility.
Experience designing SMS interactions or similar messaging solutions.
Background in accessibility compliance.
Experience working closely with researchers and content designers.
Candidates will be considered for Senior or MidLevel roles based on their experience and expertise.
