Job Description
- Manage and develop relationships with franchisees in the assigned area
- Oversee the sales and distribution of investment products through franchisee network
- Provide expert guidance on IP (Investment Products) to franchisees and clients
- Drive B2B sales initiatives to expand market share in the region
- Implement strategies for franchisee acquisition and retention
- Monitor and analyse market trends in broking and securities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all operations
- Develop and deliver training programmes for franchisees on investment products
- Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned area
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies
- Conduct regular performance reviews of franchisees and provide constructive feedback
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Prepare and present periodic reports on area performance to senior management
