Job Description
Aspiring consultants will get first hand opportunity to work with interesting people do meaningful work and hone the skills youll need to start your career in Management Consulting and beyond. As a CTA you will be part of a team that conducts analysis and provides administrative support. We are looking for someone who is sharp responsible can work in a fastpaced environment and is always eager to learn new things.
CTA experience with Roland Berger is a springboard for your career. You will strengthen your skills and discover new ones. You will improve your problemsolving communication and analytic skills. You will use your interests and skills to have real impact usually early in the project cycle and to solve problems that no one else can.
Job description:
- Research industry information and translate data into meaningful insights.
- Analyze internal client data to determine issues that need to be addressed.
- Making cold calls to different stakeholders in each distribution channel in order to gain insights.
- Support consultant team with daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- We are looking for Bachelor Master or MBA graduates with an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.
- Prior internship experience in research or consulting is preferred.
- Must be deadlinedriven organized and able to multitask.
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills (in Vietnamese and English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Able to work full time from Monday to Friday.
- Able to work in our Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi office from January 2025 to March 2025 (subject to change depending on project needs).
