Job Description
Key responsibilities :
Online Merchant & Cash Loan Affiliate
- Responsible for driving initiatives to generate sales and revenue for Indodanas online channel.
- Acquire liaise and maintain relationships with big online merchants and platforms.
- Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
- Conduct market research in order to create a competitive sales program that suits customer demand and supports business expansion.
- Ensure timely & seamless integration and onboarding of new merchant partners into the Indodana ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Key Account in order to support and execute
- Review and monitor sales performance from online merchant partners and drive business growth initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success preferably experience in Merchant Acquisition role.
- Impeccable communication interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa.
- Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
- A selfstarter able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial dynamic and proactive with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
