Job Description
The Manufacturing Business Process Sr Manager is responsible to improvise and streamline end to end processes supporting the manufacturing team strategically with the BPM team.
This role covers but not limited to performing gap analysis mapping streamlining & improvising the process flows to suit business need & towards an optimised operations.
He/she will be involved in various manufacturing/Engineering related improvements through cross functional to support the desired business goals of the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the planning development implementation of manufacturing methods processes and operations on the areas of business process management
2. Able to evaluate and identify areas for improvement in operations specifically in the area of manufacturing.
3. Coordinating the improvement strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Track monitor and follow up all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
5. Provider of systemic solutions on both manufacturing & engineering support activities to achieve optimum productivity quality and cost.
6. Monitor the deployed changes through change management process
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Electronic Mechanical Industrial Production Engineering or any related fields.
- Minimum 5 10 years experience in EMS or electronics and related field.
- Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish objectives
- Possess strong communication skills & project management acumen.
PREFERRED:
- Experienced on solid state drive/flash environment is preferred
- Good analytical skills positive personality and takes initiative
- Proactive in teamwork and independent work
Skills in the area of problemsolving lean six sigma FMEA & PMP is key.
