Job Description
As a Waiter/ Waitress at Villa Haven you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience by providing attentive service and personalised recommendations. You will work closely with the restaurant team to deliver highquality service and uphold our standards of excellence in hospitality.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Waiter/ Waitress or in a customer service role preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional service to guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
