JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire a talented software engineer having 715 years of experience to join the Advisory team. The Advisory team is responsible for maintaining and building systems for Advisory business.
We are working on a Portfolio Management System to build the next generation of systems using latest technologies and techniques and hence are looking for a software engineer to help drive the development.
Required Skills
Functional:
- Should have some experience in Financial domain. Understanding of portfolio management functions is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Selfmotivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects
Technical:
- At least 5 years of handon DB2/SQL Stored Procedures COBOLCICS and JCL.
- Experience on Trading or Financial services platform
- Working in Agile model (15 members team) and supports batch (rotational) along with DEV work.
- Good with technical knowledge (basics) SQL Queries Stored Procedure (native/external) error handling Abends / SQLCODE GTTs DB2 and SQL Server COBOL / CICS and JCL.
- Experience with MQ and XML Parsing.
- Good knowledge of Concurrency and High Volume Server Side Development
- Involvement in full Software Development
