Job Description
We are Enteractive a service provider in the online gambling (iGaming) industry. We are the industry leader and the experts in player reactivation. Be it online casino or sportsbook we know how to reactivate players and increase their retention and loyalty to the brands we work with. Through our custommade tech (Re)Activation Cloud we communicate with players around the world to promote our clients platforms while making sure they play responsibly!
We are looking for a Hindi speakerto join our Sales Team in Gzira Malta.
What youll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
- Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention.
- Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games features and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience.
- Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.
What you bring:
- Your passion for sportsis contagious and youre able to make anyone excited about it even if theyve never watched a game before.
- You have a spark of curiosity about the thrilling world of sports betting and gambling and youre eager to learn and grow in our dynamic industry.
- You know how to strike up engaging conversations with ease. Youre confident comfortable and can build great relationships over the phone.
- Nativelevel Hindi skills and fluency in English are required.

- Guaranteed salary with uncapped commission potential.
- Monday to Friday schedule from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm. (This may change during winter and summer).
